All too often I care for women who have been “let down” by others or who have judged themselves unfairly when the hypnobirthing techniques have not worked. My goal is to support you in accepting that anything can happen on your very special day, and that is OK. I aim to facilitate education for any type of labour and birth. My motto is ‘Your Birth Your Way’.

In a world that has become all about ‘perfectness’ and ‘self – consciousness’, we need maternity care providers who do not judge us and understand that birth and breastfeeding come in lots of different shapes and sizes!

The exercises in my workbook will guide you through your fears, self-judgement, internal conflicts which are all the beginning of this journey and will set you up to achieve a mindful birth.

This is the first step. Once you have finished the workbook and practised a mindfulness meditation each day, you will see the difference in your levels of stress and worry. Then things will start to fall into place, and you will start making decisions organically and without all those ‘monkey mind’ thoughts…. what if, do I, who knows, the relentless self-doubt and questioning about how things are going and what your labour is going to be like.
