This is the perfect start for your breastfeeding journey. It is my belief that if you come to hospital prepared with at least 1 syringe if not 6 full of colostrum or “liquid gold” you will increase your chances of having a stress-free time in those precious 48 hours after birth.

My instruction video is extremely detailed in how to approach the hand expressing once you reach 37 weeks. It is not advisable for you to start any earlier, but once you are full term, the very small risk of preterm labour is no longer an issue.
